Raw Tomato Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

Tomato (raw)
- ¼ kg
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
White sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Select raw country
tomatoes
which is just before ripening stage,
wash
and
dice
.
2.
Cut
green chillies
into round pieces.
3.
Heat
very little
oil
,
add
sesame
seeds
, allow to
fry
,
add
coconut
,
green chillies
and
fry
well.
4.
Add
tomatoes
and
fry
until moisture evaporates.
5. Allow to cool,
add
salt
and
grind
to coarse chutney consistency
6.
Heat
little
oil
,
add
mustard
,
cumin
allow to splutter and
mix
with chutney.
