Raw Mango Coconut Chutney

Mango (raw)

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ¼ cup
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Fenugreek seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Jaggery (grated)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Asafoetida powder
- 2 pinches
•
Oil
- a little
Method
1. Dry
roast
red chillies
,
fenugreek
and
mustard
lightly.
2.
Scrape
and
grate
mango
.
3.
Powder
roasted
ingredients
along with
salt
in mixie.
4.
Add
jaggery
,
asafoetida
,
mango
,
coconut
and then
grind
to a coarse chutney consistency.
Serve
.
