Raw Banana Chips

Bananas (raw)
- 3
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Peel
and
cut
banana
into four lengthwise. Then
cut
into ½ inch thick pieces.
2.
Keep
immersed in
water
.
3.
Heat
oil
in a deep
frying
pan, and deep
fry
one hand full of
banana
pieces each time.
4. Do not over
fry
.
5. When it turns golden,
remove
and
drain
excess
oil
.
6. Sprinkle
salt
,
chilly
powder
and
mix
immediately, after taking out. (This helps the
chilly
powder
to stick to the fried pieces easily).
