Ingredients

Onions (small, peeled)
- 1 cup

White radish cuts into discs
- 1 cup
•
Red chillies
- 10
•
Coconut (scraped)
- ½ cup
•
Garlic
- 7 flakes
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tamarinds
- a little
•
Asafoetidas
- a pinch
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Method
1.
Fry
red chillies
,
garlic
,
onion
and radish in
oil
till golden brown.
2.
Grind
it coarsely along with other
ingredients
.
3. Season with
mustard seeds
and
curry leaves
.
4.
Serve
with Parathas.
