Ingredients

Oil
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Nigella seeds/Kalonjis
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onions (chopped)
- 2
•
Turmeric powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 2
•
Water
- 1 tablespoon
•
Bhindi
- 250 grams
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Yogurt
- 1 cup
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
cumin seeds
,
nigella seeds
and saute for a minute.
2.
Add
chopped
onion
and saute until the
onions
turn soft and light golden brown.
3.
Add
turmeric powder
,
ginger paste
, chopped
green chilly
and
water
and
mix
well.
4.
Add
cut
bhindi
,
salt
and
mix
it well.
Cook
for 5 minutes.
5.
Add
yogurt
and again
mix
well.
Serve
hot with chapati.
