Pumpkin Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

Yellow pumpkin
- 400 grams
•
Ash gourd
- 100 grams
•
Spinach leaves
- 12
•
Celery (with few leaves)
- 2 stalks
•
Salt
- 2 pinches
•
Palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Honey
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cardamom powder
- a pinch
Method
1.
Wash
and
remove
outer skin from
pumpkin
,
ash gourd
and
cut
into big pieces.
2.
Cut
celery
stalks into 3 inch pieces.
3. Bunch up
spinach
,
celery
and push through the extractor followed by
vegetable
pieces.
4. To the extract
mix
salt
,
honey
and
palm sugar
.
5. A
pinch
of
cardamom powder
can be added for
taste
.
6.
Pour
in a glass and
serve
immediately with crushed ice on top.
