Ingredients

Potato

Carrots

Cauliflower

Salt

Bay leaf
- 1
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Onions (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
Ingredients For Frying In Oil & Grind To Paste

Red chillies
- 4
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Tomato (diced)
- 1
•
Garlic
- 3 flakes
•
Yellow pumpkins (grated)
- ½ cup
•
Dhania
- 1 tablespoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Peel
and
cut
potatoes
and
carrots
to small cubes. Pressure
cook
till one whistle.
2.
Wash
and
cut
cauliflower
into small flowerets. Put it in warm
water
for a few minutes.
3.
Heat
oil
in a
frying
pan.
4.
Add
bay leaf
,
cinnamon
and then chopped
onions
.
5.
Fry
till it turns golden.
6.
Add
ground paste
and
cook
till it smells good.
7.
Add
salt
,
sugar
,
cauliflower
and cooked
vegetables
with enough
water
.
8.
Cook
till gravy becomes thick.
