Potato Green Peas Egg Curry

Coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Ingredients For Grinding To A Paste (1)

Coconut (scraped)
- ½ cup
•
Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients For Grinding To A Paste (2)

Onions (small)
- 15
•
Garlic
- 7 flakes
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Aniseeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- few
•
Tomatoes
- 2
•
Chilly powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
Method
1.
Boil
eggs
and
remove
shells.
Heat
oil
and
fry
the ground
masala
paste
(2) with diced
potatoes
and
peas
.
2.
Fry
till
oil
separates.
Pour
water
with little
turmeric
and
salt
.
3.
Cook
till
potatoes
and
peas
become soft.
Add
boiled
eggs
and
cook
for some time.
4.
Fry
finely
cut
onions
,
garlic
and
tomatoes
.
Pour
over gravy and
boil
.
5.
Add
coconut
and
poppy
paste
, just before
removing
from fire.
6.
Mix
well, garnish with
coriander leaves
.
Serve
with lime.
