Pomegranate Lassi

Ingredients

• • Pomegranate - 1
• • Water - ½ cup
• • Plain yogurt - 1 ¼ cups
• • Honey - 2 tablespoons

Method

• 1. Deseed the pomegranate and blend the seeds with the water.
• 2. Strain the mixture in order to get the hard part of the seeds out.
• 3. Blend the pomegranate juice with yogurt and honey.
• 4. Serve cold garnishing with pomegranate kernels.
