Ingredients

Eggs

Onions

Tomatoes

Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Garlic
- 7 flakes
•
Jeera
- ½ teaspoon
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Pepper corns
- 4
•
Aniseeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Cut
onions
and
tomatoes
finely.
2.
Heat
oil
,
fry
onions
till brown,
add
tomatoes
and
keep
stirring
till it becomes soft.
3.
Mix
ground
masala
and
fry
till
oil
separates from it.
4.
Pour
enough
water
as you need for the desired gravy.
5.
Reduce
flame,
break
eggs
one by one slowly and slip it on the gravy gently, side by side.
6. Allow it to set and
serve
hot.
