Ingredients

• • Ash gourd - 200 grams
• • Apple - 150 grams
• • Beetroot - 50 grams
• • Ginger - ½ inch piece
• • Mint - 1 teaspoon
• • Salt - a pinch
• • Palm sugar - 2 teaspoons

Method

• 1. Wash all the Vegetables properly.
• 2. Remove skin from ash gourd and beetroot.
• 3. Cut into convenient sized pieces.
• 4. Remove seeds & centre core alone from apple. (Do not remove skin as it has more nutritive value)
• 5. Put ginger & beetroot first into the extractor followed by other vegetables.
• 6. Mix salt, palm sugar to the juice and serve with crushed ice on top.
