Ash gourd
- 200 grams

Apple
- 150 grams
•
Beetroot
- 50 grams

Ginger
- ½ inch piece

Mint
- 1 teaspoon

Salt
- a pinch

Palm sugar
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
all the
Vegetables
properly.
2.
Remove
skin from
ash gourd
and
beetroot
.
3.
Cut
into convenient sized pieces.
4.
Remove
seeds
& centre core alone from
apple
. (Do not
remove
skin as it has more nutritive value)
5. Put
ginger
&
beetroot
first into the extractor followed by other
vegetables
.
6.
Mix
salt
,
palm sugar
to the juice and
serve
with crushed ice on top.
