Peas Paratha

Ingredients
•
Peas (fresh)
- 1 cup
•
Onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup
•
Tomatoes (chopped)
- ¼ cup
•
Salt (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Lemon
- ½
•
Ginger paste
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Oil
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
and
fry
ginger paste
for a minute.
2.
Add
onions
and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Continue
frying
with chopped
tomatoes
till soft and pulpy.
4.
Mix
salt
,
chilly
powder
and
masala
powder
with fresh
peas
.
5.
Pour
little
hot water
.
6.
Cover
and
cook
till
peas
becomes tender.
7. When Moisture is absorbed completely,
mash
peas
well.
8. Squeeze
lemon
and
mix
coriander leaves
to the
masala
.
9.
Remove
from fire. Use this stuffing and do the parathas.
