Peas Curry

Ingredients

• • Green pea (fresh) - ¼ kg
• • Oil (for frying) - as required
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Grinding Together Coarsely

• • Onion (big, diced) - 1
• • Garlic - 3 flakes
• • Green chillies - 4
• • Coconut (grated, fresh) - 2 tablespoons

Method

• 1. Cook peas separately till soft and drain water completely.
• 2. Heat oil and fry pound ingredients for few minutes. (till raw smell is goes)
• 3. Add peas, salt and fry for l or 2 minutes.
