Oil
- 2 tablespoons

Garlic (cut into pieces)
- ¼ cup
•
Green chillies (cut into pieces)
- ¼ cup
•
Peanuts
- 2 cups
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
garlic
and saute until it turns golden brown.
2.
Add
green chilly
.
Stir
well.
3.
Add
peanuts
and
roast
until it turns golden brown.
4. Transfer the
mixture
into a blender and
blend
well.
5.
Add
salt
as required to
mixture
when
serving
.
