Pazhamanga Perukku - Ripe Mango Curry

Ingredients

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ¼ cup
•
Red chillies (roasted)
- 5
•
Mustard (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mangoes (finely chopped, ripe)
- ½ cup
•
Jaggery
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Method
1.
Grind
coconut
with roasted
ingredients
and
salt
to
coarse paste
with minimum
water
possible.
2.
Add
chopped ripe
mango
and
jaggery
and
mix
well.
3.
Serve
with cooked rice.
