Paneer Peas Masala

Ingredients

Paneer
- 200 grams
•
Green peas (cooked)
- 1 cup
•
Garlic
- 4 flakes
•
Cashew nuts (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Coconut milk
- ½ cup
•
Ghee
- 4 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 4
•
Bay leaves
- 2
•
Curd (whipped)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Cream (whipped)
- 4 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cloves
- 4
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cardamoms
- 5
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coconut (grated)
- ½ cup
Method
1.
Cut
paneer
into cubes and deep
fry
.
2.
Soak
cashew nuts
in
boiling
water
for 1 hour.
3.
Heat
ghee
and
fry
onions
till brown,
add
ginger
garlic
paste
,
bay leaf
, ground
masala
and
fry
well.
4.
Add
green chillies
,
coconut
extract,
curds
,
cashew nuts
,
paneer
,
peas
,
salt
and
coriander leaves
.
5.
Simmer
for 10 minutes.
Add
whipped
cream
and bring to
boil
.
6.
Serve
hot along with chapatis.
