Paneer Do Pyaza

Ingredients

Oil
- 2 tablespoons

Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Cashew cream
- 2 tablespoons
•
Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Red chillies (dry, cut into pieces)
- 2
•
Onions (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Capsicums (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 250 grams
•
Water
- 2 tablespoons
•
Heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
and
add
cumin seeds
and
onion
.
2.
Cook
until the
onion
becomes translucent.
3.
Add
ginger-garlic paste
and saute for 2 minutes.
4.
Add
salt
,
turmeric powder
,
chilly
powder
,
coriander powder
and
green chillies
fry
for 2 minutes.
5. Then
add
tomatoes
and continue
fry
it for a few minutes.
6.
Add
cashew cream
and
heavy cream
and also enough
water
.
Keep
aside.
7.
Heat
butter
in a pan
add
dry
red chilly
,
onion
,
capsicum
and
paneer
,
stir
everything together.
8. Then,
add
the blended sauce and continue
stirring
.
9. Garnish with fresh
coriander
and
serve
.
