Ingredients

Oil
- 1 tablespoon

Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon

Onions (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Paneers (grated)
- 2 cups
•
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
,
add
ginger-garlic paste
,
onion
,
turmeric powder
,
red chilly powder
,
cumin powder
,
garam masala powder
,
green chilly
,
salt
and saute for 5 minutes
2.
Add
chopped
tomato
.
Mix
them well together.
3. Crumble the
paneer
over the
mixture
.
4. Combine them well together.
5.
Add
fresh
coriander leaves
and
serve
hot.
