Oriental Stir Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 800 grams
•
Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mushroom (sliced)
- 200 grams
•
Onion (sliced)
- 1
•
Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons
•
Sherry
- ¼ cup
(optional)
•
Ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Cornflours
- 2 teaspoons
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a non stick pan.
2.
Add
chicken
and
cook
on high
heat
for 3-4 minutes.
3. Lower
heat
and
cook
for 10-15 minutes till
chicken
is nearly done.
4.
Add
onion
,
mushroom
&
cook
on high
heat
till nearly dry &
mushroom
&
onion
are tender.
5.
Add
all
seasonings
,
sherry
&
cornflour
dissolved in little
water
.
Cook
2-3 minutes.
6.
Serve
hot over steamed rice.
