Orange Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients
•
Orange juice (fresh)
- 1 ½ cups
•
Papayas (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Water
- 1 cup
•
Mint (fresh)
- 10 leaves
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Black salt
- 2 pinches
•
Cumin seed powder
- 2 pinches
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ice cubes
- as required
Method
1. Put
ginger
,
mint
leaves
along with 1 cup of
water
in a mixie.
2. Run at low speed for a minute.
3.
Strain
it,
add
papaya
and
pour
it back in mixie along with
salt
,
honey
and roasted powdered
cumin seeds
.
4.
Blend
at low speed,
add
orange juice
and
blend
again.
5.
Pour
in a small glass.
Add
crushed
ice cubes
, put one or two
mint
leaves
on top and
serve
.
