Onions (sliced)
- 1 cup

Tomatoes
- 4
•
Urad dal
- 1 tablespoon
•
Red chillies
- 3
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- as required
•
Mustard seeds (for seasoning)
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Dice
onion
to pieces.
Fry
onion
and
tomato
together.
2.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
chillies
and
dal
together till golden.
3.
Grind
onion
and
tomato
along with fried
ingredients
and
salt
.
4. Season with
mustard seeds
and
serve
with hot cooked rice and ghee.
