Onion Chutney

Onions bigs

Coconut scrapeds (fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Red chillies
- 8
•
Grams (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Ghee
- as required
Method
1.
Chop
onions into
big
pieces.
2.
Grind
coconut,
salt
,
red chillies
and roasted
gram
first.
3.
Add
onions
grind
again coarsely without
adding
water
.
4.
Heat
ghee
, season with
mustard seeds
,
pour
on top of chutney and
mix
well.
5. This chutney is for dosas and oothappams.
