Omelette Gravy

Ingredients

Eggs

Red chillies

Tamarind
- lemon size
•
Jeera
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onions (big, cut into small pieces)
- 5
•
Dhania
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coconut
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
Method
1.
Grind
coconut
,
dhania
,
jeera
and
chillies
.
2.
Mix
with
tamarind
extract,
salt
and turmeric
powder
.
3.
Heat
ghee,
fry
onions
,
pour
the ground
masala
with enough
water
and allow to
boil
.
4. Meanwhile
make
omelettes with beaten
eggs
,
cut
into pieces.
5.
Add
these pieces to the
boiling
gravy.
6. After two minutes
remove
from fire.
7. Garnish with
cut
coriander leaves
.
