No Cook Indian Curry

Ingredients

Onions (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup

Cashew nuts
- ½ cup
•
Jaggery
- 2 tablespoons
•
Garlic
- 2 cloves
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons
•
Water
- as required
•
Zucchinis (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup
•
Carrots (cut into pieces)
- ½ cup
•
Yellow pepper (cut into long pieces)
- ½ cup
•
Red pepper (cut into long pieces)
- ½ cup
Method
1.
Add
onion
,
cashew nut
,
jaggery
,
garlic
,
salt
,
garam masala
powder
,
cumin powder
,
apple cider vinegar
with some
water
in a blender and
grind
well.
2.
Add
zucchini
,
carrot
,
yellow pepper
and
red pepper
in a bowl and then
add
the blended sauce.
3.
Mix
well and
serve
.
