Neem Flower Chutney

Ingredients

Neem flowers (dried)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Garlic
- 3 flakes
•
Salt
- as required
•
Ghee
- 1 teaspoon
•
Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
sesame oil
in a
frying
pan and
fry
red chillies
,
garlic
transfer to a plate.
2. In the same pan
melt
1 teaspoon of
ghee
and
fry
dried
neem flowers
until it turns dark in colour.
3. Allow everything to cool thoroughly.
4.
Grind
it together with
coconut
,
salt
to a coarse chutney consistency and
serve
.
