Cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a wok.
Add
peanuts
and
stir
well.
2.
Add
curry leaves
,
asafoetida
,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Mix
well.
3.
Add
puffed rice
and
mix
well.
4.
Add
red chilly powder
, roasted
gram
,
sev
and
cashew nuts
.
Mix
well.
5.
Serve
