Ingredients

Eggs
- 6

Red chillies
- 5
•
Coconut extract
- 1 cup
•
Dhania
- 1 tablespoon
•
Jeera
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Onions (small)
- 10
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Onions (big, cut finely)
- 2
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
Method
1.
Grate
coconut
and take
extract
from it with enough
water
.
2.
Grind
together fried
dhania
,
jeera
,
red chillies
and small
onions
.
3.
Mix
the ground
masala
with
coconut extract
.
4.
Heat
oil
, season with
jeera
,
fry
onions
.
5. When it becomes translucent
add
coconut extract
with the ground
mixture
.
6.
Add
enough
salt
and
turmeric powder
.
7.
Pour
just enough
water
. Allow it to
boil
.
8.
Reduce
flame completely.
9.
Break
eggs
one by one and
pour
on top of gravy side by side.
10. Do not disturb till
eggs
are set.
11. Garnish with finely
cut
coriander leaves
.
