Muskmelon Juice

Ingredients

• • Muskmelon - 300 grams
• • Coconut water (tender) - 1 ½ cups
• • Coconut pulp (tender) - 2 tablespoons
• • Pink rose petals - 10
• • Rose water - 2 teaspoons
• • Honey - 1 teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Sugar - 50 grams
• • Water - 250 milliliters

Method

• 1. Remove outer skin and seeds from muskmelon.
• 2. Mash well with a wooden laddie.
• 3. Grind tender coconut pulp, rose petals, rose water with little tender coconut water in a blender.
• 4. Add muskmelon, rest of the coconut water, salt, honey and sugar.
• 5. Blend well and dilute with required water and serve.
