Mushroom Fry Curry

Ingredients
•
Button mushroom
- 200 grams
•
Onions (finely cut)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Tomatoes (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and
slice
mushrooms
into medium size pieces.
2.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
seasonings
and chopped
green chillies
.
3.
Fry
for a minute,
add
onions
and
stir
till it turns golden.
4.
Mix
in
tomatoes
and
fry
till it turns pulpy.
5.
Add
mushrooms
and
fry
sprinkling
water
now and then, till it gets cooked and dry.
6.
Add
salt
,
mix
well and then
remove
from fire.
