Mushroom Capsicum Butter

Ingredients

Onion (chopped)

Ginger (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons

Garlic (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons

Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mushroom (cut into pieces)
- 200 grams
•
Capsicum (chopped)
- 1
•
Butter
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Tomato puree
- 1 cup
•
Cream
- ½ cup
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1. In a blender
add
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
,
red chilly powder
,
cumin powder
,
garam masala
and
blend
into a smooth
paste
.
2.
Heat
ghee in a pan,
add
mushroom
,
capsicum
and
stir
well.
3.
Heat
butter
in a pan,
add
green chilly
and
stir
.
4.
Pour
grounded
paste
mixture
on it,
add
tomato puree
,
cream
and
mix
well.
5.
Add
salt
,
coriander leaves
, fried
mushroom
,
capsicum
and again
mix
well.
Cook
for 5 minutes.
6. Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish with
cream
and
serve
.
