Ingredients

Green gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Onions (finely cut)
- ¼ cup
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mint and curry leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Dhania powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon
- 1
Method
1.
Cook
dal
in enough
boiling
water
.
2.
Remove
from fire when
dal
starts splitting.
3.
Drain
water
completely.
4.
Mix
with other
ingredients
.
5. Squeeze
lemon
and
mix
well.
6. Use this stuffing 1 or 2 Tablespoons per paratha.
