Mix Vegetable Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat flour
- 2 cups

Oil
- 2 teaspoons

Salt

Ingredients For The Stuffing
•
Potato
- 1
•
Peas (fresh)
- ¼ cup
•
Carrot
- 1
•
Cabbages
- ½ cup
•
Paneers
- ½ cup
•
Cauliflowers
- ½ cup
•
Onion
- 1
•
Ginger
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Mix
wheat flour
with enough
water
to a dough.
2. Knead well till it becomes a soft.
3.
Keep
cover
and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
4.
Boil
potato
and green
peas
till soft and cooked.
5. Then
peel
skin from
potato
and
mash
it along with
peas
and
keep
aside.
6.
Keep
ready shredded
carrot
and
paneer
.
7.
Cut
Cabbage
and
Cauliflower
into cubes.
8.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
cumin seeds
when it splutter and
ginger
and
onions
and saute.
9. After that
add
mashed
potato
and
peas
, shredded
carrots
,
cauliflower
,
cabbage
mix
well and
fry
.
10.
Add
turmeric powder
,
chilly powder
,
cumin powder
and
garam masala
and
salt
stir
for 2 minutes.
11. Then
add
paneer
stir
fry
for few seconds and
coriander leaves
mix
well, turn off the stove.
Keep
it for cool.
12. Once it cool down
make
into small balls.
13. Take a small lemon size chapati dough.
14. Just
spread
it to the desired size and
keep
2 tablespoon of veg stuffing inside and
spread
the stuffing over it with a teaspoon.
15.
Spread
another ball and press the edges, placing it on top of the stuffing and seal the edges and
remove
the excess dough.
16. Press it little again sprinkling
wheat flour
over it.
17.
Heat
oil
in a non-stick tawa and apply
oil
,
cook
on both sides till done.
18.
Serve
hot with pickle or plain curd or yogurt.
