Mint Kopra Chutney

Ingredients

Mint leaves
- 1 bunch

Red chillies
- 4
•
Coconut (grated, dry)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Tamarind (soaked)
- small lime size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Onion (finely cut, large)
- 1
Method
1. Pluck and
wash
mint leaves
.
2.
Grind
it with
chillies
,
salt
, dry
coconut
and
tamarind
to smooth
paste
.
3.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
fry
onions
for 1 or 2 minutes.
4.
Add
ground paste
and
fry
well and
serve
.
