Mint leaf
- 1 small bunch

Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch

Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Onion (diced)
- 1

Green chillies
- 5
•
Tamarind (soaked in water)
- small lime size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Clean
mint
,
coriander leaves
and then
wash
well.
2.
Grind
it with
ginger
,
green chillies
,
onion
,
tamarind
,
salt
,
sugar
to smooth
paste
.
3.
Serve
with idli or dosa varieties.
