Curry leaves (tender)
- 3 sprigs

Red chillies

Tomatoes

Tamarind
- lime size
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Tampering

Oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
red chillies
,
curry leaves
and
coriander leaves
.
2.
Grind
it along with chopped
tomatoes
,
tamarind
and
salt
.
3.
Heat
oil
,
add
mustard seeds
and
pour
on top of the chutney.
