Mint & Coriander Chutney with Tomatoes

Ingredients For Frying In Oil Separately

• • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
• • Curry leaves (tender) - 3 sprigs
• • Red chillies - 6
• • Tomatoes - 2
• • Tamarind - lime size
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Tampering

• • Oil - 1 ½ teaspoons
• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat little oil and fry red chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
• 2. Grind it along with chopped tomatoes, tamarind and salt.
• 3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and pour on top of the chutney.
