Green chillies

Coriander seeds
- ¼ teaspoon

Onions (small)

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons

Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Tamarind
- lime size
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Asafoetidas
- a pinch
•
Urad dal
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. In
oil
fry
the following
ingredients
each separately
green chillies
,
onion
,
coriander seeds
,
coconut
,
mint leaves
.
2.
Grind
together with
salt
and
tamarind
.
3. At the end of
grinding
mix
fried
seasonings
and
grind
again for another one minute.
