Mint Chapati

Ingredients

Maida
- 2 cups
•
Ghee (melted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mint leaves
- 1 bunch
•
Green chillies
- 6
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
salt
and
ghee
to
maida
.
2.
Add
finely
cut
mint leaves
and ground
green chilly
paste
.
3. Sprinkle
water
and gather flour gradually.
4. Knead to smooth dough.
5.
Make
balls, dredge in
maida
and
roll
out.
6.
Fry
chapatis on hot tawa using a Teaspoon of
oil
for each chapati.
