Methi Ginger Roti

Ingredients
•
Wheat flour
- 1 ½ cups
•
Rice flour
- ¾ cup
•
Chiroti rawa
- ½ cup
•
Gram flour (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Onions (finely chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Methi leaves (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Green chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger
- ¼ inch piece
•
Salt
- 2 ½ teaspoons
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
all the dry
ingredients
together with a Tablespoon of
oil
.
2.
Grind
ginger
with little
water
and
strain
.
3.
Add
this
ginger
juice to the
flour
and
mix
well.
4. Knead to stiff dough using just enough
water
.
5.
Make
balls and pat on a wet cloth to form rotis.
6.
Fry
on a hot tawa using enough
oil
for
frying
.
