Melon Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients
•
Watermelon
- 400 grams
•
Black grape
- 100 grams
•
Papaya
- 200 grams
•
Pomegranate
- 1
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- as required
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Cut
pomegranate
into two.
2. Turn it upside down and by
keeping
it on your left hand, tap it on top using a laddie.
3. All the
seeds
fall down easily. Collect it by
keeping
a plate underneath.
4.
Remove
grapes
from its stalk and
soak
it in
water
for 10 minutes.
5.
Wash
it well by rubbing gently on top of the
fruit
using hands.
6.
Wash
once again and
strain
the
water
.
7.
Remove
thick outer skin from
watermelon
and
cut
into big chunks.
8. Select ripe
papaya
,
remove
skin and
cut
into big pieces.
9. First put
pomegranate
in the big jar of your mixie.
10. Run at short intervals until juice is obtained.
Strain
through a large eyed metal strainer.
11. Discard the crushed
seeds
.
12. In the same mixie jar put
grapes
,
blend
until smooth and then
add
watermelon
.
13. Do not run mixie at high speed. Run at short intervals.
14.
Strain
through the same strainer.
15. Put
papaya
with little of this strained juice in the blender.
16.
Blend
until smooth pulp is formed.
17. Now
blend
all the juices together with
salt
, powdered
sugar
and
honey
.
18.
Serve
in a glass with ice according to
taste
.
