Mathanga Sweet Pachadi (Pumpkin Pachadi)

Yellow pumpkins/White pumpkins (chopped finely)
- 1 cup

Salt
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- a little
•
Jaggery
- a little
•
Tamarind extract
- a little
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Mustard seeds
- ΒΌ teaspoon
Method
1.
Cook
chopped
vegetables
in thin
tamarind extract
.
2.
Add
salt
,
turmeric
,
jaggery
and
ground paste
.
3.
Mix
well and
remove
from fire.
4. Season
mustard seeds
and red
chillies
in
oil
and
add
to the pachadi.
