Turmeric powder

Oil

Asafoetidas
- a pinch
•
Mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Fenugreek powder
- ¼ teaspoon

Salt

Method
1.
Grate
carrots
and
cucumber
.
2.
Chop
green chillies
and coriander
leaves
.
3. Beat
curds
with
salt
and little
turmeric powder
.
4.
Heat
oil
and
fry
a
pinch
asafoetida powder
and cumin
seeds
.
5.
Add
it to
curds
with a
pinch
of roasted
mustard powder
and
fenugreek powder
.
6.
Mix
in grated
vegetables
and
serve
.
