Masala Lassi

Ingredients

Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch

Butter milk (fresh)
- 1 liter
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Curry leaves
- few
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- as required
•
Asafoetida powder
- 2 pinches
Method
1.
Grind
ginger
,
coriander leaves
,
curry leaves
,
salt
,
pepper
,
asafoetida
together until smooth
paste
using little
water
.
2.
Add
fresh curd or
butter milk
to that and run the mixie lightly until everything blends properly.
3. Dilute according to requirement.
4.
Strain
through a strainer and
serve
in a glass with crushed ice on top.
