Masala Chapati

Ingredients
•
Wheat flour
- 2 cups
•
Curd (fresh, thick)
- ½ cup
•
Milk
- ½ cup
•
Cumin (roasted, powdered coarsely)
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Salt (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mango powder (dry)
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Oil (for the dough & for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
all the dry
ingredients
in a
mixing
bowl.
2.
Pour
curd
,
milk
and knead to a smooth dough.
3.
Keep
closed for 3 to 4 hours.
4.
Make
chapati as mentioned previously.
5.
Fry
on a hot 'tawa' using
oil
for both sides while
frying
.
