Maharashtra Garlic Chillies Chutney

Ingredients

Red chillies
- 10
•
Garlic (peeled)
- 6 flakes
•
Cumin seeds
- 5 teaspoons
•
Dhania
- 5 teaspoons
•
Bengal gram dal
- ΒΌ cup
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Fry
red chillies
in little
oil
and
keep
aside.
2.
Fry
garlic
in little
oil
and
keep
aside.
3. Dry
roast
cumin
,
dhania
,
bengal gram dal
separately until golden in colour.
4.
Mix
salt
with all roasted, fried
ingredients
and
powder
it in a mixie.
5.
Store
it in a bottle.
6. Whenever required take required quantity,
mix
with little
water
to chutney consistency and
serve
.
