Lychee Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Lychee
- 200 grams
•
Coconut pulp (tender)
- ΒΌ cup
•
Coconut water (tender)
- 3 cups
•
Palm kernels/Nungus
- 5
•
Sugar
- 50 grams
•
Mangoes (finely cut, for topping)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Remove
outer skin and inner
seed
from
lychees
.
2.
Blend
coconut pulp
,
lychee
in mixie with little
coconut water
, until smooth.
3.
Add
rest of the
coconut water
,
sugar
and
blend
well.
4.
Pour
in glasses and top with
mango
pieces.
5.
Serve
with crushed ice.
