Lasooni Methi Paneer

Ingredients

• • Oil - 4 tablespoons
• • Garlic (crushed) - 3 teaspoons
• • Onions (chopped) - 1 cup
• • Yogurt - ½ cup
• • All purpose flour - 1 teaspoon
• • Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
• • Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
• • Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
• • Garam masala powder - ½ teaspoon
• • Salt - 1 teaspoon
• • Paneer - 200 grams
• • Cream (fresh) - 2 tablespoons
• • Fenugreek leaves (dry) - 2 tablespoons
• • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
• • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Ingredients For Garnishing

• • Ghee - 1 tablespoon
• • Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and saute them until onions becomes translucent.
• 2. Add all purpose flour in the yogurt and mix well to make yogurt paste.
• 3. Add yogurt paste, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
• 4. Add ¼ cup water and stir again.
• 5. Add paneer, fresh cream, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, honey, and mix well.
• 6. Add ½ cup water and allow to cook until it thickens.
• 7. Add the gravy into the bowl.
• 8. Heat ghee in a pan, fry garlic and drizzle this mixture over the paneer. And serve.
