Lasooni Methi Paneer

Ingredients

Oil
- 4 tablespoons
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 3 teaspoons
•
Onions (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Yogurt
- ½ cup
•
All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Paneer
- 200 grams
•
Cream (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Fenugreek leaves (dry)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Ingredients For Garnishing
•
Ghee
- 1 tablespoon
•
Garlic
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
garlic
,
onion
and saute them until
onions
becomes translucent.
2.
Add
all purpose flour
in the
yogurt
and
mix
well to
make
yogurt
paste
.
3.
Add
yogurt
paste
,
coriander powder
,
red chilly powder
,
turmeric powder
,
garam masala powder
,
salt
and
mix
well.
4.
Add
¼ cup
water
and
stir
again.
5.
Add
paneer
, fresh
cream
, dry
fenugreek leaves
,
lemon juice
,
honey
, and
mix
well.
6.
Add
½ cup
water
and allow to
cook
until it thickens.
7.
Add
the gravy into the bowl.
8.
Heat
ghee
in a pan,
fry
garlic
and drizzle this
mixture
over the
paneer
. And
serve
.
