Ladies Finger Soft Curry

Onions (small)
- 15

Ladies finger
- ¼ kg
•
Salt
- as required
•
Red chilly powder
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Curd (fresh, thick)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Cut
ladies finger
into ¾ inch pieces.
2.
Heat
oil
in a deep curved pan and
fry
onion
and
vegetable
pieces together for few minutes.
3.
Add
curds
,
salt
,
chilly
powder
along with ¼ cup of
water
.
4. Close with lid and
reduce
flame.
Stir
in between.
5.
Cook
till moisture is completely absorbed and dry.
