Ladies Finger Chilly Curry

Ingredients

• • Ladies finger - ½ kg
• • Oil (for frying) - as required
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Grinding Coarsely

• • Onion (chopped) - 1
• • Green chillies - 4

Method

• 1. Cut ladies finger into 1 ½ inch pieces.
• 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces till half cooked.
• 3. Add pound mixture and fry till ladies finger becomes dark in colour.
• 4. Sprinkle salt at the end, mix well and remove from fire.

Note

• • Sprinkle little whipped curds while frying ladies finger to prevent stickiness of the vegetable.
