Ladies Finger Chilly Curry

Ladies finger
- ½ kg
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Coarsely
•
Onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Green chillies
- 4
Method
1.
Cut
ladies finger
into 1 ½ inch pieces.
2.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
fry
the pieces till half cooked.
3.
Add
pound
mixture
and
fry
till
ladies finger
becomes dark in colour.
4. Sprinkle
salt
at the end,
mix
well and
remove
from fire.
Note
• Sprinkle little whipped curds while
frying
ladies finger
to prevent stickiness of the
vegetable
.
