Kopra Chutney - Dry Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

• • Coconut (grated, dry) - 1 cup
• • Red chillies - 5
• • Tamarinds (soaked & extracted) - a little
• • Jaggery - a little
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - 2 teaspoons
• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Fry red chillies alone.
• 2. Grind with other ingredients to coarse paste.
• 3. Season with mustard seeds.
