Ingredients

Agar agar strip
- 15 grams
•
Water
- 1 ½ cups
•
Sugar
- ½ cup
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Kiwi
- 1
Method
1.
Soak
agar agar in 1 cup
water
for 15 minutes.
2.
Heat
the agar agar until melted.
Keep
aside.
3. In a saucepan on low
heat
,
add
sugar
and
water
.
4. After the
sugar
has melted,
add
lemon juice
and agar agar.
Mix
well.
Keep
aside.
5. In the preferred mold of your choice,
add
a
kiwi
slice
.
6.
Pour
agar agar
mixture
into the mold. Refrigerate until it set for about 30 minutes.
